We currently deliver to mainland UK business addresses only.

Yes. Our minimum order value is £85.00 (excluding VAT).

Delivery is £6 + VAT on orders under £150.

Yes. Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery.

Yes. Receive 5% off orders over £300 using code BULKORDER.

Yes. New customers get £30 off their first order using code WELCOMETOTD. Delivery charges are calculated on the pre-discount basket value.

Our standard service is next working day. Order before 2pm and we dispatch the same working day; order after 2pm and we dispatch the next working day. We dispatch Monday to Friday only, and there are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries — so a Friday order placed before 2pm arrives on Monday, and anything from Friday afternoon through the weekend arrives on Tuesday. Delivery times may vary by location. Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

Yes. At checkout you can pick a preferred delivery day (Monday to Friday) and we will hold your order and release it to the warehouse in time to land on that day. You will see the exact date before you pay.

Perfectors and Elements work alongside our Ultimate Blends, allowing operators to customise serves and create a wider range of menu options simply.

Most venues can start serving immediately. Receive your products, decant to the Think Drinks bottle, add spirit and serve.

No. Our products work with standard bar equipment. The Creator Bottles are provided to make service even faster and more consistent.

Yes. We provide recipes, menu support, training materials and serving guidance to help your team get started.

We recommend quality house spirits, but our products work with a wide range of brands depending on your menu and budget.

As a general rule, combine 100ml of Think Drinks product with 50ml of spirit. Visit our Training & Support section for detailed guidance and serving videos.

Yes. Visit our Serves section to browse recipes and seasonal serves.

Absolutely. Combine Ultimate Blends with Creator Perfectors and Elements to create your own signature serves, or add any Perfector or Element to your existing spec to create a twist.

Our pouches have a shelf life of up to 14 months unopened, and 6 weeks once opened — use the tap to decant to your bottle.

At least 10 months. We do not dispatch stock with less than 10 months remaining before its best-before date, so what lands on your bar is never close to the end of its life.

No. Store them in a cool, dry, ambient place before opening. Refer to individual product information for full storage guidance.

Once opened, keep the pouch sealed using the integrated tap and store in a cool, dry, ambient place. Use within 6 weeks.
