1. About us

This website is operated by Think Drinks Limited (“Think Drinks”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07439914), with its registered office at 65 Whiteladies Road, Bristol, BS8 2LY. Our VAT number is GB 862 9796 61. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Trade-only supplier

Think Drinks is a trade-only supplier to hospitality businesses. Accounts and orders are for business customers with a valid delivery address in mainland UK. Our products are not sold to consumers, and by ordering you confirm you are buying in the course of a business.

3. Contract for the supply of products

The display of products on our website is an invitation to treat only, and is not an offer to sell at any stated price. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. No contract exists between us until we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted.

We are free to decline or withdraw from a prospective order at any time before acceptance — including in the event of an error in the price, description or availability of a product, or in the order itself. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices shown on the website are trade prices and exclude VAT. VAT is added at the applicable rate (currently 20%) at checkout, and the VAT-inclusive total is the amount you pay. A VAT invoice is provided for every order. Our minimum order value is £85.00 (excluding VAT).

5. Payment

Payment is taken by debit or credit card at the point of order, processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

6. Delivery

We deliver to mainland UK business addresses. Our standard service is next-working-day delivery. Orders placed before 2:00pm are dispatched the same working day; orders placed after 2:00pm are dispatched on the next working day. We dispatch Monday to Friday only, and do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery times may vary by location and are not guaranteed. Delivery is £6 (plus VAT) on orders under £150, and free on orders over £150.

You may choose a preferred delivery day at checkout. Where you do, we hold your order and release it to our warehouse in time to meet that day, and the date is confirmed to you before you pay.

Your delivery address must be correct, manned and able to accept parcels during standard working hours. Where you are not available to receive a delivery, or you ask for it to be left in a safe place, this is at your own risk. We will do all we can to help track a delivery but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.

7. Amending or cancelling an order

Because orders are picked and dispatched quickly, once an order has been accepted we may be unable to modify or cancel it. Please check your order details — including the delivery address — before confirming and paying.

8. Products, storage and shelf life

Our pouches have a shelf life of up to 14 months unopened. We will not dispatch stock with less than 10 months remaining before its best-before date, so you can expect at least 10 months of life on every pouch you receive. Once opened, a pouch should be used within 6 weeks.

Store pouches in a cool, dry, ambient place as described on the product — refrigeration is not required before opening. Keep opened pouches sealed using the integrated tap. Please read the product, ingredient and allergen information supplied with each product.

Our products are supplied for trade use as part of a finished drink. It is your responsibility to comply with all laws applicable to your business when preparing and selling drinks to your own customers, including licensing, age-verification and the provision of ingredient and allergen information.

9. Offers, promotions and Creator Points

We may run promotional offers from time to time and reserve the right to withdraw them at any time, or where we consider an offer is being abused. Only one promotional code may be used per order.

Current offers: new customers receive £30 off their first order with code WELCOMETOTD. Orders over £300 receive 5% off with code BULKORDER. Delivery is charged on the pre-discount basket value. Offers are not combinable and one promotional code may be used per order.

Creator Points is our rewards programme for trade customers. Points are earned on paid orders and selected account activity, remain valid for 12 months from your most recent points activity, and unlocked rewards are valid for 12 months. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and we may adjust or withdraw the programme, correct wrongly awarded points, or vary earn rates and rewards at any time. 10. Returns, damages and non-conforming products

Due to the nature of the goods, we do not accept general returns.

Please check your delivery on arrival. Any damage, shortage or discrepancy must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence, so that we can raise it with our carrier. Reports made outside that window may not be able to be resolved.

If a product does not conform to its specification, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, quoting the product and its best-before date, and provide photographic evidence. We will then deal with the matter on a case-by-case basis. Where we have made a picking error, we will put it right.

11. Limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these terms, and to the extent permitted by law, neither Think Drinks nor its directors or employees will be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business arising from the use of this website or the supply of our products. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12. Website information

This website and its contents are provided on an “as is” basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Always read the ingredient and allergen declaration provided with each product before relying on it for any particular purpose.

13. Fraud and misuse

It is a criminal offence to place an order using a false identity or an invalid payment card. We monitor orders to detect and prevent fraud, and will pass details of suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.

14. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Any change takes effect from the date it is posted on this page, so please review it from time to time.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
