Think Drinks is a trade-only supplier delivering to mainland UK business addresses.
When will it arrive?
We dispatch Monday to Friday. There are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
Need it on a particular day? Choose a preferred delivery day at checkout — we will show you the exact date before you pay.
Returns
Due to the nature of the goods, we do not accept general returns. Please check your order before confirming — once an order has been accepted we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
Check your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or short-shipped, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo. Reports made after 48 hours are much harder for us to put right with the carrier.
If a product does not conform to its specification, contact us within 48 hours of delivery quoting the product and its best-before date, with photographic evidence. We will deal with it case by case.
If we have sent you the wrong product, that is on us. Let us know and we will put it right.
