Standard delivery
£6 + VAT on orders under £150.
Free delivery
Orders over £150.
Bulk discount
5% off orders over £300 with code BULKORDER.
First order
£30 off with code WELCOMETOTD (delivery is charged on the pre-discount basket value).
Lead time
Next working day. Order before 2pm and we dispatch the same working day; after 2pm we dispatch the next one.
Dispatch days
Monday to Friday. No Saturday or Sunday dispatch or delivery.
Choose your day
Pick a preferred delivery day at checkout and we will time the release to hit it.
Large / international
Bulk orders over £1,000 across UK & Europe — contact us for a quote.

We dispatch Monday to Friday. There are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

Returns

General returns

Due to the nature of the goods, we do not accept general returns. Please check your order before confirming — once an order has been accepted we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Damages and shortages

Check your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or short-shipped, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo. Reports made after 48 hours are much harder for us to put right with the carrier.

Products that don't conform

If a product does not conform to its specification, contact us within 48 hours of delivery quoting the product and its best-before date, with photographic evidence. We will deal with it case by case.

Picking errors

If we have sent you the wrong product, that is on us. Let us know and we will put it right.
